Encap’s Automatic Cotton Inserters operate at high speed, cutting and inserting cotton into bottles with exceptional reliability.

Beginning with the selected material roll, the machine autonomously slices it into individual pieces, which are then shaped and inserted into the bottle’s center. After the bottle is filled, it is automatically released, and the process is repeated.
