Information provided through an inquiry
Our forms request your name, company and email address, together with the equipment or service you are interested in. Depending on the form, you may also provide a telephone number, location and project details. The submission includes the source page and a reference used to identify the request.
These details allow our team to review and respond to equipment quotations, demonstrations, material trials, service requests and financing questions. A financing inquiry on this site is an equipment inquiry, not a credit application or financing agreement.
How the inquiry is processed
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security controls, including Turnstile verification and request limits. These controls process network and browser information, including the network IP address used for verification. Resend processes and delivers the inquiry email to Encap company mailboxes. Our receiving mailboxes use Google Workspace.
Equipment inquiries are routed to info@encapnorthamerica.com and copied to the Encap team members responsible for sales and coordination. Replying to the delivered inquiry uses the email address you supplied.
Inquiry messages are held in company mailboxes and may also be represented in service delivery or security logs. Contact us about the handling, correction or retention of a particular inquiry. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion period.
Analytics and browser storage
Optional Google Analytics is disabled for this website launch. The site does not load Google Analytics or send analytics events while that setting is off. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are also disabled.
The site uses browser storage for website choices where applicable. Cloudflare security services and third-party media have their own information-handling practices. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
Videos, maps and external links
On product pages, embedded YouTube videos connect when you choose to load or play them; the thumbnails are hosted on this website before playback. Dedicated video pages load an embedded YouTube player when you open the page. Pages offering other external media, such as maps, connect to the relevant provider when that media is loaded. Following an external link takes you to that provider's service.

The equipment inquiry form does not include a newsletter subscription. Contact info@encapnorthamerica.com with questions about communications from our team or requests concerning information you have provided. We may need further information to identify the relevant inquiry and the person making a request.
