Capsule filling / Repair

Getting a semi-automatic filler running again.

Capsules were being damaged and the pneumatic system was not functioning. The visit addressed both the pump connection and station pressure.

Onsite customer serviceOnsite repair & maintenance assessment

THE SITUATION

What brought us to the machine.

A semi-automatic capsule filler was crushing capsules during operation. Inspection also found a disconnected electrical lead inside the air-pump assembly, leaving the pneumatic system out of operation.

THE WORK

How our team approached it.

  1. 01

Checked the pump assembly and restored the disconnected electrical connection.

  2. 02

Adjusted pneumatic pressure at the affected station.

  3. 03

Observed machine operation and documented the need for regular mold cleaning.

THE VISIT RECORD

What the service record confirms

The technician recorded the machine running without the reported problem at the end of the visit. The record does not establish a long-term reject rate or sustained production output.

BEYOND THE VISIT

What comes next matters, too.

The same visit also identified maintenance needs on supporting equipment, including filters, a blender gasket and polisher cleaning procedures. Those items formed a follow-up list rather than a claim that every item had been repaired.
