Volumetric cup dosing
The rotating cup arrangement meters material by volume before discharge into the forming tube.
POWDER & GRANULE / SINGLE LANE
VP-320YL · Volumetric Cup Filling
Single-lane stick packaging with volumetric cup dosing. Review the cup volume and your material’s flow and bulk density, then match the forming and sealing setup to the pack.

A CLOSER LOOK / VP-320YL
Review the dosing assembly and film-handling arrangement for your product.

The rotating cup arrangement meters material by volume before discharge into the forming tube.

Review the cup setting against your target fill, material flow and bulk density during a dosing trial.

The packing unit coordinates servo film pulling, back sealing, end sealing and cutting.
Equipment photographs from the model quotation. Loading and other supporting equipment are selected separately.
HOW IT WORKS
One lane coordinates forming, dosing, sealing and cutting.
Unwind the selected packaging film and follow its registration marks.
Shape the film around the former and make the longitudinal seal.
The cup arrangement meters a volume of material into the forming tube.
Coordinate the transverse sealing cycle with the selected fill and film.
Separate the finished sticks and transfer them for collection.

COMPARE DOSING METHODS
Each model has its own dosing arrangement, specification and demonstration video.
BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Length changes can be set on the packing machine. A different pack width requires the appropriate forming device and a review of the film and seal setup.
Volumetric cups meter a volume rather than directly weighing each fill. Review material flow and bulk-density variation against your target fill.
Discuss material loading, a finished-pack conveyor and a coding device as separate options. The quotation defines what is included and the complete utility requirements.
