Select the auger around your powder and target fill weight. The quotation lists a tool-free removable hopper and a height-adjustment handwheel.

Servo film pulling and PLC touchscreen controls coordinate the forming and sealing cycle.

Match the former, film width and sealing setup to your stick dimensions and printed rollstock.
Equipment photographs from the model quotation. Loading and other supporting equipment are selected separately.
HOW IT WORKS
One lane coordinates forming, dosing, sealing and cutting.
Unwind the selected packaging film and follow its registration marks.
Shape the film around the former and make the longitudinal seal.
The servo-driven auger meters the powder into the forming tube.
Coordinate the transverse sealing cycle with the selected fill and film.
Separate the finished sticks and transfer them for collection.

COMPARE DOSING METHODS
Each model has its own dosing arrangement, specification and demonstration video.
BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Length changes can be set on the packing machine. A different pack width requires the appropriate forming device and a review of the film and seal setup.
Start with an auger for powder metering. Review powder flow, target fill and change parts using your own material.
Discuss material loading, a finished-pack conveyor and a coding device as separate options. The quotation defines what is included and the complete utility requirements.
