Dry granulation is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. It is particularly suitable for materials that are moisture-sensitive, hygroscopic, or heat-sensitive.
The resulting granules can be used to increase bulk density, improve flowability, and support downstream processes such as tablet compression, capsule filling, and sachet packaging. This machine is especially suitable for mass production.
ATTRIBUTES
- The product-contact parts are independently sealed, with a dual-stage or multi-stage combined sealing design and air purging system to ensure high cleanliness and more reliable sealing performance.
- The compaction system adopts a universal shaft transmission for the twin rollers, together with an offset feeding structure. The design is more optimized, ensuring more stable granule formation and advanced performance.
- The horizontal feeding, vertical feeding, and granulation units are designed as independent modular components, which can be individually removed for easy disassembly and cleaning.
- The PLC system provides integrated control with a touchscreen HMI. It allows automatic feeding rate setting, with frequency conversion control for vertical feeding, horizontal feeding, compaction, and granulation systems. System pressure, as well as the entire process from feeding to screening, is centrally controlled, with parameter display and data query functions.
- The machine adopts an integrated structural design. The horizontal auger can be extended out of the working chamber via a lead screw, and both horizontal and vertical sections can rotate 90 degrees via a shaft, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
