ATTRIBUTES
- The machine adopts a vertical and horizontal two-stage screw feeding system. The unique cantilever design improves material adaptability as well as granulation success rate and yield.
- It is equipped with a touchscreen interface and multiple automatic control technologies, enhancing operational flexibility and safety. The machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, with the drive section separated from the working area. This enables a clean and enclosed process from powder to granules, effectively preventing dust generation and cross-contamination. All product contact parts are easy to disassemble and clean.

- The rollers are water-cooled, and the inlet and outlet are of an integrated internal design. This ensures that the material does not heat up during the compaction process, preserving its properties.
