This homogenizer model features advanced helical ribbon mixing combined with both internal and external circulation for optimal homogenization. Engineered with cutting-edge technology tailored for cream and paste production, it boasts a range of sophisticated components. The system includes dual pre-mixing vessels, a vacuum emulsifying chamber, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic unit, a discharge mechanism, an electric control system, and an operational platform.
Designed for ease of use, this homogenizer ensures reliable performance and exceptional efficiency. Its compact footprint, automated features, and simple cleaning process make it an ideal choice for streamlined operations.
ATTRIBUTES
- The machine adopts a vertical and horizontal two-stage screw feeding system, with a horizontal twin-screw feeder. The unique cantilever design improves material adaptability, as well as granulation success rate and yield.
- It is equipped with a touchscreen interface and multiple automatic control technologies, enhancing operational flexibility and safety.
- The drive section is separated from the working area, enabling a clean and enclosed process from powder to granules. This effectively prevents dust generation and cross-contamination. All product contact parts are easy to disassemble and clean.
- The machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, with all product contact parts made of 316 stainless steel. It fully complies with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
- The rollers are water-cooled, with an integrated internal inlet and outlet design to ensure that the material does not heat up during the compaction process, preserving its properties. A negative-pressure water chiller is adopted.
- The rollers are made of special stainless steel and treated with a dedicated process, providing high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance.
