The process takes place in the confined area between the stator and rotor, where materials are subjected to intense mechanical energy. This action includes hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking, and creating turbulence at rates exceeding 100,000 times per minute, ensuring rapid and uniform dispersion and emulsification. The high-frequency reciprocating circulation produces fine, high-quality finished products free from bubbles.
