Compare auger and volumetric-cup filling, then review single-lane and multi-lane back-seal packaging around your product.
01 / STICK PACKS & SACHETS
Two ways to measure the fill.
The VP-320 pair uses back-seal rollstock packaging. Choose the dosing system around the product, then confirm the pack dimensions and seal performance through a trial.
AUGER DOSING
VP-320Y
A servo-controlled auger meters powder through a screw. Review powder flow, bulk density, target dose and the selected auger tooling.
A measuring cup meters a fixed volume. Consider this configuration for free-flowing granules; check particle size, bulk density and weight variation using your actual product.
Specification ranges are reference values for these configurations. Actual output and dosing depend on the product, tooling and pack. Cup volume in mL is not a guaranteed fill weight in grams.
Coordinate the rollstock.
Confirm film width, print repeat, back-seal layout, laminate stiffness and the sealing window. Approve the material and finished pack on the intended line.
Multi-lane auger filling with independent dose adjustment by lane and automatic forming, sealing and cutting.
Configured lanes
2–4
Reference speed
30–40 bags/min/lane
Reference fill
4–10 g/bag
Bag length × width
40–160 × 20–60 mm
Maximum film width
350 mm
Final lane count and fixed bag width depend on tooling. Use per-lane speed with the selected number of lanes; do not assume every lane option runs at the maximum rate.
Reference specifications describe the listed configurations. Output depends on the product, dose or count, package, tooling and operating conditions. Confirm the final model, utilities and trial criteria before ordering.
